据媒体报道，1月4日，中国太平副总经理李可东拟升任总经理。按照惯例，待履行完相关程序后，其将正式出任中国太平新一任总经理。2024年12月18日，中国太平曾公告称，王思东因年龄原因，辞任公司董事长职务，尹兆君获委任为董事长，不再担任副董事长及总经理。
