三言科技1月6日消息，今日，怪兽充电宣布收到中信资本旗下”信宸资本”及公司管理层发出的初步非约束性建议书，拟以每股美国存托凭证(ADS)1.25美元现金收购公司所有已发行的普通股。拟议价格较最新收盘价溢价约74.8%。
受此消息影响，怪兽充电美股盘前大涨超51%，股价报0.715美元。
