1月6日，据国家金融监督管理总局大同监管分局行政处罚信息披露，晋商银行股份有限公司大同分行。因个人消费贷款管理不到位；流动资金贷款管理不到位，导致贷款资金回流借款人；贴现资金转存保证金后滚动签发银行承兑汇票，利用承兑贴现业务虚增存款规模，被罚款70万元。
