新京报贝壳财经讯 1月3日，福石控股公告，公司时任董事王子豪于2024年3月18日至4月17日期间因涉嫌违法违规被有权机关采取强制措施。王子豪已于2024年12月辞去公司董事职务并不再担任公司任何职务。
公告称，王子豪对未及时向公司披露前述情况向广大投资者致以诚挚的歉意，公司对于未能及时获知该信息并进行披露向广大投资者致以诚挚歉意。
