韩国行政安全部1月3日表示，对去年户籍人口统计进行分析的结果显示，韩国去年户籍人口共出生242334人，同比增长7295人，时隔九年实现正增长。据统计，去年户籍人口共出生242334人，死亡人口为360757人，分别同比增加3.1%和1.93%。有意见指出，户籍人口出生数时隔九年增加或意味着面临低生育率危机的韩国人口结构出现转变的信号。
