1月2日，万达酒店发展（00169.HK）发布公告，宣布非执行董事变更。
根据公告，张霖因工作安排变动，自2025年1月1日起辞去非执行董事职务，同时确认与董事会无异议。万达酒店发展委任张春远为非执行董事，同样自2025年1月1日起生效。
公告称，张春远已与公司签署了一份为期三年的服务合约，自2025年1月1日起生效，可于当时任期届满翌日起自动续期一年。（澎湃新闻记者 李晓青）
