据国家监委驻东风公司监察专员办、湖北省宜昌市监委消息：东风公司原党委常委、副总经理周文杰涉嫌严重职务违法，正接受国家监委驻东风公司监察专员办和湖北省宜昌市监委监察调查。
周文杰于2012年12月退休，因严重违纪，2013年6月受到留党察看（一年）处分，2018年6月受到开除党籍处分。
