财联社12月31日电，中央汇金投资有限责任公司发布关于董事长调整情况公告，经国务院批准，张青松担任公司董事长，彭纯不再担任公司董事长职务。据悉，此前11月份，张青松已接替彭纯上任中投公司党委书记、董事长，并于数日前成为中投公司法定代表人。（财联社记者 史思同）
