新华社消息，依照《中华人民共和国香港特别行政区基本法》的有关规定，根据香港特别行政区行政长官李家超的提名和建议，国务院2024年12月31日决定：任命陈子达为海关关长，免去何珮珊（女）的海关关长职务。
