鞭牛士 12月30日消息，广汽集团宣布，随着先决条件的达成，公司及其全资附属公司广汽资本于2024年12月30日与控股股东广汽工业签订最终协议，向其出售所持广巨湾技研18.82%的股权，总代价约为人民币13.31亿元。该出售事项的重要条款及细节与之前通函披露的内容一致。
