接泰州市住建局通知，我市旧房装修、厨卫等局部改造所需物品和材料购置补贴申请金额已达到指标上限，于2024年12月26日11:00已停止受理，后期将根据上级部门“补贴资金额度先申请先得、用完即止”原则，按照申请人的有效申请时间作为是否享受补贴的判定依据。
