12月21日，华能祁东县官白光伏发电项目并网发电。该项目位于湖南省衡阳市祁东县白地市镇境内，装机容量6万千瓦，是湖南清能分公司开发建设的集中式光伏项目。项目投产后，预计年均发电量达8255万千瓦时，可节约标煤约2.49万吨，减少二氧化碳排放量约6.52万吨。
