财联社12月27日电，俄罗斯莫斯科市法院以从事间谍活动为由判处美国公民吉恩·斯佩克特15年监禁。俄罗斯联邦安全局称，斯佩克特根据美国五角大楼的指示收集医疗数据，用于在美国建立针对俄罗斯人的基因筛查系统。此外，法院还对斯佩克特处以1400万卢布罚款。
