12月26日，一列满载成品纸的列车在怀化海关监管下，从怀化西铁路货场鸣笛启程，沿西部陆海新通道东线南下到广西钦州港出口沙特阿拉伯达曼市。这趟班列的顺利离站，标志着怀化国际陆港2024年东盟班列成功发运1000列。
