因赣榆区青抗线(河滨大道—S267)路面改善完工，现已具备通车条件，为更好地满足广大市民的出行需求，赣榆客运公司拟于2024年12月30日恢复14路公交原运行线路。另14路区间车原黑林终点站调整至黑林河西大桥红石榴广场。
