12月25日，十四届全国人大常委会第十三次会议表决通过关于修改监察法的决定，自2025年6月1日起施行。
此次修改保持监察法总体稳定，根据党中央部署和形势发展要求作必要修改，保持基本监察制度顶层设计的连续性。
