代表1万多名咖啡师的工会当地时间12月21日晚表示，星巴克工人已将罢工扩大到纽约等另外四个美国城市。工人联合会在一份声明中表示，为期五天的罢工于20日开始，最初涉及洛杉矶、芝加哥和西雅图的星巴克门店，目前又扩散至新泽西州、纽约州、费城和圣路易斯的星巴克门店。
