2024年12月20日，海陆重工(002255.SZ)公告称，公司拟将所持金川集团新能源材料技术有限公司（以下简称“金川新能源”）40%股权，以1亿元转让给中国金川投资控股有限公司。转让完成后，公司将不再持有金川新能源股权。
