观点网讯：12月20日，上海证券交易所信息披露显示，中新-东吴-元联-中新智地区中园一期资产支持专项计划状态更新为“已受理”。
据观点新媒体了解，该债券发行人为中新智地苏州工业园区有限公司，拟发行总额为人民币5.8亿元。债券品种为资产支持证券(ABS)，承销商为东吴证券。
目前，该债券项目已获上交所更新反馈，受理日期为2024年11月21日。
