金融界12月20日消息，卧龙地产拟对全资子公司武汉卧龙墨水湖置业有限公司减少注册资本 24,500 万元。该子公司注册资本原为 25,000 万元，减资后为 500 万元。此次减资已获董事会通过，无需提交股东大会审议。减资不涉及关联交易及重大资产重组，不会影响子公司经营，不改变股权结构、合并报表范围及当期损益，能提高公司资金使用效率。
