12月20日，赛诺菲与箕星药业共同宣布签订正式协议，协议约定赛诺菲将收购箕星在大中华区独家开发和商业化aficamten的权益。该交易预计于2024年内完成，交易金额不对外公开。中国国家药品监督管理局（NMPA）药品审评中心（CDE）和美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）均已受理aficamten用于治疗梗阻性肥厚型心肌病的新药上市申请。
