黑石集团当地时间12月18日表示，其房地产基金将收购冲绳丽思卡尔顿酒店、Kise Beach Palace和Nest Hotel Osaka在日本的酒店物业。黑石此次收购将使日本酒店投资组合价值增至13亿美元。
