12月18日，中共福建省委组织部发布任前公示，其中，陈列平，现任三明市委常委、宣传部部长，拟任省属本科高校正职。
公开资料显示，陈列平，男，汉族，1975年8月生，在职研究生，中共党员。曾任福建中医药大学办公室主任；福建中医药大学党委组织部部长；福建中医药大学党委常委、副校长等职。
2021年9月，任福建省三明市委常委、宣传部部长。
