官网显示，郑松青，男，汉族，1977年5月出生，仙游县榜头镇人，1997年8月参加工作，2006年7月入党，在职研究生学历，管理学博士学位。
郑松青曾任中共莆田市秀屿区委委员、常委、副书记等职。
