12月17日金融界前线报道，据国家金融监督管理总局四平监管分局公开的行政处罚信息，中国银行股份有限公司四平分行因贷后管理疏漏，导致信贷资金违规回流至借款人账户。针对此违规行为，四平监管分局已对中国银行四平分行处以30万元人民币的罚款。
