北京市昌平区人民政府官方网站“领导之窗”页面显示，郭清尧现任区委常委、统战部部长，区政府副区长，区政协党组副书记（兼）。
郭清尧出生于1983年，最初在延庆区工作，担任过四海镇党委副书记、镇长，刘斌堡乡党委书记。
2021年9月，郭清尧调任昌平区副区长，直到本次履新。
之前担任昌平区委常委、统战部部长的张庆武已经改任昌平区委常委、组织部部长。
