金融界12月16日消息，新华网公告称，根据《新华网股份有限公司章程》的有关规定，公司董事会提名委员会提名并进行资格审查，公司于2024年12月16日召开第五届董事会第十二次（临时）会议，审议通过了《关于聘任公司副总编辑的议案》，同意聘任肖阳先生、刘洪先生为公司副总编辑，肖阳先生、刘洪先生不再担任公司总编辑助理，任期与公司第五届董事会任期相同。
