金融界12月15日消息，2024年12月14日恒尚节能收到股东卢凤仙《关于减持股份达到1%的告知函》。卢凤仙履行此前披露的股份减持计划，于2024年12月9日至2024年12月13日期间累计减持公司股份3,908,666股，占总股本的2.1367%。本次权益变动后，卢凤仙持有公司股份数量由14,000,000股减少至10,091,334股，持股比例由7.6531%减少至5.5164%。
