格隆汇12月13日丨新大正(002968.SZ)公布，公司于2024年12月13日召开的第三届董事会第十二次会议审议通过了《关于变更高级管理人员的议案》，经公司首席执行官(总裁)提名、董事会提名与薪酬委员会审核、董事会审议，同意聘任汪英武先生为公司首席市场官，任职期限自董事会审议通过之日起至本届董事会届满止；田维正先生不再担任首席市场官职务，公司另有任用。
