新京报贝壳财经讯（记者罗亦丹 张冰）12月12日晚，新京报贝壳财经记者获悉，极越首席执行官夏一平和吉利、百度两大股东召开闭门会。经多轮沟通，百度和吉利内部正在走转账流程，为极越员工缴纳拖欠的11月社保。股东吉利和百度成立应急小组远程参与。
