12月12日，北京市丰台区万泉寺村棚户区改造土地开发项目FT00-0613-0024地块R2二类居住用地以底价出让给中海集团，出让金额为110.54亿元，这是北京自2021年限价以来首宗出让的不限价地块。该地块位于西南二环、三环之间的丰台区太平桥街道，面积6.37万平方米，建筑规模约17.83万平方米，全部建设商品住房。
