财联社12月11日电，叙利亚过渡政府看守总理穆罕默德·巴希尔当地时间11日呼吁所有海外叙利亚人回国。巴希尔表示，叙利亚“现在是一个自由的国家，赢得了自己的骄傲和尊严”，并承诺将会保护所有公民，提供基本服务。以穆罕默德·巴希尔为看守总理的叙利亚过渡政府当地时间12月10日正式接管权力，期限暂定至2025年3月1日。
