观点网讯：12月11日，德国在线时尚零售巨头Zalando宣布，已同意以约12亿欧元（合13亿美元）的价格收购其竞争对手AboutYou Holding SE。
此次交易中，Zalando将向AboutYou的股东支付每股6.5欧元，这一价格较AboutYou股票在周二的收盘价溢价约67%。
