化工企业塞拉尼斯当地时间12月10日宣布，塞拉尼斯现任首席运营官Scott Richardson自2025年1月1日起被任命为首席执行官，并将加入公司董事会。Richardson将接替Lori Ryerkerk，后者将于年底辞去总裁、首席执行官及其塞拉尼斯董事职务。Edward Galante自2013年起被选为塞拉尼斯独立董事，他将出任塞拉尼斯董事会主席，自Ryerkerk卸任后生效。
