12月10日，冀东水泥公告，孔庆辉因工作调整辞去公司第十届董事会董事长、董事及战略委员会主任委员（召集人）职务，辞职后，不再担任公司任何职务。
刘宇因工作调整申请辞去公司总经理职务。刘宇辞职后，继续担任公司党委书记、董事长、战略委员会主任委员（召集人）、提名委员会委员职务。
