观点网讯：12月9日，全球广告业两大巨头宏盟集团与埃培智正在深入洽谈合并事宜，此次合并若成功，将有望打造出全球最大的广告集团，超越目前的行业领头羊WPP。
据悉，双方正在进行的全股票交易对埃培智的估值在130亿至140亿美元之间，这一数字不包括债务。截至上周五，埃培智的市值接近110亿美元。
