12月8日消息，知情人士称，广告巨头宏盟集团正深入洽谈收购埃培智。如果合并成行，新公司将超越WPP成为全球最大广告集团。
据悉，不包括债务在内，这笔全股票交易对埃培智的估值可能在130亿至140亿美元之间。截至上周五，埃培智的市值接近110亿美元。（华尔街日报）
