12月6日上午，海南马村港三期项目开工仪式在海口港马村港区码头举行，标志着该工程正式进入建设阶段。马村港三期项目位于海南省澄迈县马村港区二期码头南侧海域花场湾口，总投资约42亿元，建成后将新增1个7万吨级、1个3万吨级集装箱泊位和3个2万吨级多用途泊位，形成集装箱167万标准箱、件杂货93万吨的年通过能力。
