12月6日（发布），济南长清，研究生考点周边酒店价格普遍上涨。部门联合发文，以2024年11月29日至12月1日的平均交易价格为基础，“考研房”价格上浮幅度最高不得超过100%。记者前期调查，部分酒店要价超出标准，监管部门现场检查，发现并未成交，已按照规定调整价格。
