五洲特纸12月6日公告，公司拟采用债转股方式对全资子公司五洲特种纸业（湖北）有限公司（以下简称“五洲特纸（湖北）”）增资4.9亿元。本次增资完成后，五洲特纸（湖北）的注册资本将由目前的8.1亿元增加至13亿元，公司对其的持股比例不变。
