观点网讯：12月6日消息，德勤中国对前副主席黎嘉恩及两名前合伙人陈智聪和甘仲恒提起诉讼，指控三人违反合同及受信义务。
消息称，香港高等法院于12月3日收到传讯令状，德勤中国声称，黎嘉恩在7月至11月任职期间，秘密代表竞争对手，并与陈智聪和甘仲恒及其他合伙人商讨转职事宜，期间下载大量保密文件，意图提供给竞争对手。
