财联社12月5日电，从北京市市场监管局获悉，今年聚焦居民住宅老旧电梯安全监管问题，北京启动“一梯一码”智慧监管工作，即为每台电梯附上专属的数字“身份证”。目前，“一梯一码”监管已率先在使用时间15年以上的8万余台老旧电梯试点实施，明年4月底前实现全市31.6万台电梯全覆盖。
