财联社12月5日电，依照《中华人民共和国香港特别行政区基本法》的有关规定，根据香港特别行政区行政长官李家超的提名和建议，国务院2024年12月5日决定：任命陈美宝（女）为运输及物流局局长、罗淑佩（女）为文化体育及旅游局局长，免去林世雄的运输及物流局局长、杨润雄的文化体育及旅游局局长职务。
