近日，在广东东莞市厚街镇，原本为出行减负、穿梭于大街小巷的共享单车，却在当地大陂河“被沉河”。今年以来，当地在22条河涌，共打捞起96辆共享单车。律师指出，恶意毁坏或丢弃共享单车如果情节严重，是要负法律责任的。（央视新闻）
