保德信金融集团12月3日宣布晋升Andy Sullivan为首席执行官，后者将接替Charlie Lowrey。
现年54岁的Sullivan将于明年3月底掌舵，他自2011年加入以来担任过该公司所有业务的领导职务。Lowrey之后将续任执行董事长，为期18个月。在公司服务40多年的副董事长Robert Falzon将离开董事会，并于明年7月退休。他曾任首席财务官。
