复星旅游文化11月29日在港交所公告，鲍将军已获委任为公司首席执行官，自2024年11月29日生效。他将负责集团的业务战略规划和整体管理。鲍将军48岁，集团联席总裁及度假资产管理中心首席执行官，自2022年11月加入该集团，主要负责太仓和丽江度假目的地项目建设运营、超级度假综合体产品研发及轻资产对外输出工作。鲍将军于2020年10月加入复星国际，担任复星蜂巢合伙人。
