浙江大学长三角智慧绿洲——网龙网络公司电竞国际教育联合研发中心 (简称电竞国际联合研发中心）依托浙江大学和网龙网络公司建立，于 2024 年正式落地于浙江嘉善。

电竞联合研发中心整合了浙江大学在传播学、计算机科学、应用数学、认 知心理学和人因工程等多个领域的前沿力量，并结合网龙网络公司的行业资源 和创新实践，构成产学研一体化平台。通过关键技术的革新，中心致力于构建 和孵化新质电竞生态，重点探索包括人才培养、电竞产业创新等场景可持续发 展的新模式，在“ 以人为本、科技创新”的核心理念基础上，为全球电竞行业 的关键问题提供系统性解决方案和技术平台。

一、申请条件

1.近三年内获得博士学位，品学兼优，身体健康，原则上不超过35周岁；

2.能够保证在院期间全职从事博士后研究工作，不招收在职人员；

3.获认知科学、计算机科学、心理学、人因工程学或相关邻域的博士学位，并有相关邻域发表论文的记录；

4.在实验技能方面：

①精通定量研究方法，具备实验设计、模拟开发、对参与者数据收集和统计分析的经验；

②熟悉生理性测量工具（例如，眼动仪、脑电图、心电图以及ERP）；

5.在建模研究方面：

①熟练掌握统计学，具备大型数据库分析、机器学习（例如深度学习和强化学习）或计算建模的经验；

②具备较强科研工程落地能力，熟练掌握一门语言以保障科研开展（例如python、MATLAB等）；

6.申请人近三年内应以第1、2（列第2的，第一完成人应是申请人的博士指导教师）完成人在《浙江大学国内学术期刊名录》上发表（含录用）2篇论文（参见https://hr.zju.edu.cn/cn/2021/0706/c28843a2403612/page.psp，具体要求视合作导师所在学院相关要求决定）。

二、主要职责

1.开展有关于识别和分析影响职业电竞选手游戏表现的认知、行为和生理因素的研究。

2.建立电竞选手比赛表现的理论模型，并基于选手数据开发计算模型。

3.设计和评估电竞选手的培训计划。与跨学科团队合作，将研究结果转化为实际应用。

4.通过高质量的出版物和演示，促进研究成果的传播。

三、进站情况

实验室招聘的博士后研究员将视情况，分别进入合作导师所在学院的博士后流通站和浙江大学长三角智慧绿洲创新中心的博士后工作站工作。

1.进入合作导师所在学院的博士后流通站工作的博士后研究员，工作地点主要在浙江大学紫金港校区（前一年要求常驻嘉善），薪酬和福利参照浙江大学的有关规定执行。

2.进入浙江大学长三角智慧绿洲创新中心的博士后工作站工作的博士后研究员，工作地点在嘉善，薪酬和福利参照浙江大学长三角智慧绿洲创新中心博士后有关规定执行。

3.其他待遇：

四、合作导师

赵瑜佩，浙江大学传媒与国际文化学院“百人计划”研究员，博士生导师。致力于全球视阈下数字文化和国际传播等领域研究，系统性的探索“国际文化在地化”与“中国文化走出去”的双向交流模式，近几年重点聚焦在电竞、数字人AIGC等领域，特别关注亚洲、中东和拉美等区域国别。博士和硕士均毕业于英国莱斯特大学媒体与传播学专业，曾任浙江大学国际合作与交流处专聘副处长。入选国家“万人计划”青年拔尖人才，教育部高校网络教育名师，现任国际传播学会（International Communication Association）流行媒体与文化分会（Popular Media and Culture）主席，环太平洋大学联盟（APRU）电子竞技分会主席；中国外文局文化传播中心-人工智能国际传播创新中心主任；中国科技新闻学会电竞传播专业委员会副主任&学术专家；浙江省之江青年社科学者；浙江大学国际传播中心副主任；元宇宙产业与文化创新研究中心主任，《数字传播》（原《中国传媒学报》）副主编，《中国数字出版》执行编委。长期受邀中国国际电视台(CGTN)和人民日报（海外版）做专题点评。目前已主持12个课题，其中国家级项目1个，省部级课题8个，国际合作课题4个，教改4项；发表专著2部，教材3部，中英文论文40余篇。论文连续两年获得2020年、2019年国际传播学会（ICA）流行传播分会“最佳论文大奖”；2019年欧洲体育管理学会（EASM）“最佳论文大奖”；中国电竞行业大会“最佳电竞研究奖”。多家国内外权威核心等期刊评审。

2024 Postdoctoral Researcher Recruitment Notice for Future Imaging Laboratory of Zhejiang University

Zhejiang University's Yangtze River Delta Smart Oasis - NetDragon E-sports International Education Joint R&D Center (hereinafter referred to as E-sports International Joint R&D Center) is established by Zhejiang University and NetDragon, and will officially land in Jiashan, Zhejiang Province in 2024.

The E-sports Joint R&D Center integrates the cutting-edge capabilities of Zhejiang University in various fields such as communication, computer science, applied mathematics, cognitive psychology, and human factors engineering, and combines NetDragon's industry resources and innovative practices to form an integrated platform for production, education and research. Through the innovation of key technologies, the center is committed to building and incubating a new quality e-sports ecosystem, focusing on exploring new models for sustainable development in scenarios including talent training and e-sports industry innovation, and providing systematic solutions and technical platforms for key issues in the global e-sports industry on the basis of the core concept of "people-oriented and technological innovation".

Application requirements:

1. Obtained a doctorate degree in the past three years, excellent in character and learning, in good health, no more than 35 years old in principle;

2. Be able to ensure full-time postdoctoral research during the period of the hospital, and do not recruit in-service personnel;

3. Ph.D. in Cognitive Science, Computer Science, Psychology, Human Factors, or related fields, with a track record of publications in relevant fields.

4.Experiment focus:

①Expertise in quantitative research methods. Experience in experiment design, simulation development, data collection of human participants, and statistical analysis.

②Familiarity with physiological measurement tools (e.g., eye-tracking, EEG, ECG, ERP).

5. Modeling focus:

①Proficiency in statistics with experience in large database analysis, machine learning (e.g., deep learning and reinforcement learning), or computational modeling.

②Have strong ability to implement scientific research projects, and be proficient in a language to ensure the development of scientific research (e.g., python, MATLAB, etc.).

6. The applicant should publish (including acceptance) 2 papers in the "List of Domestic Academic Journals of Zhejiang University" with the 1st and 2nd (2nd in the column, the first completer should be the applicant's doctoral supervisor) in the past three years.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research that identifies and analyzes cognitive, behavioral, and physiological factors that influence the gaming performance of professional esport players.

2. Build theoretical models of esport players’ game performance and develop computational models based on player data.

3. Design and evaluate training programs for esports players. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate research findings into practical applications.

4.Contribute to the dissemination of research outcomes through high quality publications and presentations.

Remuneration and Benefits:

The postdoctoral researchers recruited by the laboratory will work in the postdoctoral circulation station of the co-supervisor's college and the postdoctoral workstation of the Yangtze River Delta Smart Oasis Innovation Center of Zhejiang University, depending on the situation.

1. Postdoctoral researchers who work in the postdoctoral circulation station of the college where the co-supervisor is located are mainly in the Zijingang Campus of Zhejiang University (required to be resident in Jiashan in the previous year), and the salary and benefits shall be implemented with reference to the relevant regulations of Zhejiang University.

2. Postdoctoral researchers who enter the postdoctoral workstation of the Yangtze River Delta Smart Oasis Innovation Center of Zhejiang University shall work in Jiashan, and their salary and benefits shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the postdoctoral fellows of the Yangtze River Delta Smart Oasis Innovation Center of Zhejiang University.

3. Other treatments：

Zhao Yupei,School of Media and International Culture, Zhejiang University, a researcher and doctoral supervisor of the "Hundred Talents Program". In recent years, he has focused on the fields of e-sports, digital human AIGC and other fields, with special attention to Asia, the Middle East and Latin America and other regional countries. He graduated from the University of Leicester in United Kingdom with a Ph.D. and a master's degree in Media and Communication, and was the deputy director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office of Zhejiang University. He has been selected as a young top-notch talent in the national "Ten Thousand Talents Program", a famous teacher of university network education in colleges and universities of the Ministry of Education, and is currently the chairman of the Popular Media and Culture Branch of the International Communication Association (International Communication Association), and the chairman of the Esports Chapter of the Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU); Director of the Center for Artificial Intelligence International Communication Innovation, Cultural Communication Center, CIPG; Deputy Director & Academic Expert of E-sports Communication Committee of China Science and Technology News Society; Zhijiang Young Social Science Scholar of Zhejiang Province; Deputy Director of the International Communication Center of Zhejiang University; Director of the Research Center for Metaverse Industry and Cultural Innovation, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Digital Communication (formerly China Media Journal), and Executive Editorial Board Member of China Digital Publishing. He has been invited to China Global Television Network (CGTN) and People's Daily (Overseas Edition) for a long time. At present, he has presided over 12 projects, including 1 national project, 8 provincial and ministerial projects, 4 international cooperation projects, and 4 education reform projects. He has published 2 monographs, 3 textbooks, and more than 40 papers in Chinese and English. The paper won the "Best Paper Award" of the Popular Communication Branch of the International Communication Association (ICA) for two consecutive years in 2020 and 2019; 2019 European Academy of Sport Management (EASM) "Best Paper Award"; "Best E-sports Research Award" at the China E-sports Industry Conference. Reviewed by a number of authoritative core journals at home and abroad.
