据中投公司网站11月26日消息，国务院决定：任命张青松同志为中国投资有限责任公司董事长，免去彭纯的中国投资有限责任公司董事长职务。张青松此前任中国人民银行副行长。
11月13日，中投公司已召开干部会议，宣布了中央决定：张青松任中投公司党委书记，免去彭纯的中投公司党委书记职务。
