11月26日，日本，鹿儿岛县种子岛宇宙中心进行固体燃料火箭“埃普西隆S”的地面点火试验时，发生异常情况并引发火灾，现场还有爆炸声传出。去年7月14日，“埃普西隆 S”的发动机地面点火测试曾发生爆炸。
