在2024昌平医药健康金融投资创新论坛上，昌平区委常委、常务副区长刘晓东表示，目前，昌平区政府母基金总规模已经超过了370亿元，以昌发展公司为主平台设立了昌平科技产业基金群，与24支优质的医药股投资基金合作，基金规模达到了164亿元。
